  1. When a customer orders the goods, his/her personal data must be specified in the order that is necessary for the goods delivery: the name, surname, the address, where the goods will be delivered; phone number and other data that is required for the delivery or invoice. Xenonled.eu shop confirms that this data will be used only for the order, delivery of goods and account statements purpose. The shop will not disclose this information to the third parties, except for the subcontractor companies that provide delivery service of goods or other services related to the provision or execution of client’s orders. Any other exceptions to the disclosure of the customer’s personal information to third parties in all cases will be agreed with the client. In all other cases, any customer’s personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in the cases prescribed by the legislation of the country, in which the company is registered.

Sending and delivery of goods

  1. When ordering goods, the customer is obliged to indicate the place of delivery of the goods.
  2. The client is obliged to accept the ordered goods. If the client specifies an incorrect address to which the order is sent, he takes the responsibility and pays the additional shipping costs.
  3. The seller or his authorized representative delivers the goods.
  4. If the order consists of several items and some of which are not available at the moment, the customer will be informed about the terms of the receipt of the missing goods and actual delay.

  7. During the delivery of the goods in the presence of a courier or a postal worker, the client has the right to check whether the parcel has not been opened or damaged during the delivery. If the parcel has been opened or damaged during transportation, the customer is obliged with the courier and postal worker to draw up a statement and to inform XenonLed.eu store by email info@xenonled.eu.
  8. The cost of transportation of goods is calculated according to the weight of the goods and the delivery location. The cost automatically appears in the performance of the order and can be seen before the final order confirmation.

The procedure and terms of payment

  1. The customer pays for the ordered goods by one of the ways specified during the order in Xenonled.eu online store.
  2. If the customer chooses the electronic payment, he must pay for the ordered goods immediately. Otherwise, he loses the right to complain on the violation of terms of the goods delivery because we start to form the order only after the shop receipts the payment for these goods.
  3. The shop forms and sends the invoice on the buyer e-mail address as well as attaches it to the order when delivering it.
  4. The customer can also ask to send an electronic account, by contacting us by e-mail: info@xenonled.eu.

The procedure and delivery conditions of the order

  1. After visiting Xenonled.eu online shop, the customer selects the needed products. Based on customer’s choice the shop starts to form the ordered goods.
  2. When choosing products, the customer confirms that he has sufficient competence to select products with the desired properties.
  3. Forming the order, the customer must provide the data that is required for the delivery of selected products: name, surname, the address where the goods will be delivered, phone number and additional information that may be important for the goods delivery or statement of account. Shop confirms that the data provided by the customer will be used solely for the purpose of sale, delivery of goods and invoicing, with no violation of the requirements prescribed by the legislation of the country, where the company is registered, imposed on data protection.
  4. The customer must select one of the possible payment methods in Xenonled.eu online shop. At the same time the customer can select one of the possible delivery methods represented at Xenonled.eu online store. Concurrently, the customer confirms that at the selected or the set time he or his representative will be at the specified address and will be able to receipt the delivered goods.
  5. When the customer confirms the order, the order goes to Xenonled.eu store. The order is submitted from the moment when the shop receive the payment proof from the institution that the customer has chosen for the calculation.
  6. After the customer submits the order, the shop system automatically sends the customer e-mail about the reception of this order. The order execution starts after receiving the payment from the customer. If the customer does not pay for the order within 7 working days, the order will be cancelled.
  7. The customer’s order is stored in Xenonled.eu data.
  8. In all cases, it is considered that the client submitting the order has read and unconditionally agreed with all Xenonled.eu online shop rules, as well as with all other terms and conditions that are indicated next to the order.
  9. At the time of the purchase the contract about sale is made on the language chosen by customer on Xenonled.eu internet page.
  10. When the client contacts online Xenonled.eu customer service and he is willing to cancel the order, it will be cancelled in the shortest possible period of time.

Return and replacement policy

Return and replacement of goods is carried out in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules p.25  approved by Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001 of the Government and Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Articles 6.22810 ir 6.22811

  1. You can return only unused and clean goods with a tamper-evident seal to Ukmergės St. 315C – 2nd floor, LT-06306 Vilnius. The goods must be in original undamaged packages with original undamaged markings. Please send the returned items by registered mail.
  2. We evaluate the product condition. If it is in its original appearance, we will refund money within 2 working days to your Bank account.
  3. To return a purchased item, you can do it not later than within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  4. Upon return of quality goods, depending on your request, we will either return the entire amount of money or replace the product with another one (if there is a price difference, it will have to be covered).
  5. Attention! The goods will not be accepted back, when the product description on the website includes all the information about car models for which the product is appropriate.
  6. When returning or replacing the goods, the Buyer must cover all delivery and transportation costs. The delivery costs will be excluded from the total amount of the order.
  7. Reservation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
