1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter – the “Terms”) govern the purchase of goods, the use of the website www.xenonled.eu, and other legal relations related to purchases between UAB “Automobilių šviesos specialistai” (hereinafter – the “Seller”) and the customer (hereinafter – the “Buyer”).

4.2. Products are delivered within Lithuania and, upon request, to foreign countries as well.

5. SELLER’S RIGHTS
5.1. The Seller has the right to:

11.1. The Terms are prepared in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
11.2. If any provision of the Terms becomes invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in force.
