1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.1. Product returns and exchanges follow:

    • Government of Lithuania decision No. 697 “Retail Rules” (point 25);
    • Civil Code of Lithuania articles 6.228(10) and 6.228(11);
    • Other valid legal acts.

1.2. Return and warranty terms apply only to private (individual) customers, unless stated otherwise.

2. PRODUCT RETURNS

2.1. Online purchases

2.1.1. You can cancel your online purchase within 14 calendar days from receiving the product – even if the product is not faulty.
2.1.2. The returned product must be:

    • Unused, clean, with no signs of installation or damage;
    • In original, undamaged packaging, with all labels and safety seals.

 2.1.3. If returning a product that is not faulty:

    • The full price of the product is refunded;
    • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer;
    • Extra delivery options (like courier instead of parcel machine) are not refunded.

 2.1.4. If returning a faulty product:

    • We cover all shipping costs (both ways).

2.2. In-store purchases

2.2.1. Returns or exchanges are possible only by mutual agreement.
2.2.2. According to Retail Rules point 16, car parts bought in-store are not returnable unless faulty.

3. REFUNDS

3.1. For payments made by bank transfer – money is returned to the same account.
3.2. For payments made in cash – refunds are made in person at our location.
3.3. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after checking the returned product.
3.4. Refund limitations:

    • If the product description clearly states it fits certain car models, it cannot be returned due to compatibility issues;
    • Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product is faulty;
    • Reservation fees are non-refundable.

4. WARRANTY POLICY

4.1. Warranty application

    • Warranty period is stated in the warranty card or product description;
    • For business customers, warranty may be shorter – agreed individually;
    • Warranty service is available only by prior reservation or visiting our service center.

4.2. Warranty terms:

    • Product model and serial number must match the documents;
    • Warranty card is required;
    • Warranty repairs are done within 10 business days from product receipt;
    • Installation work (like removing headlights) is not covered unless agreed otherwise;
    • Moisture inside headlights is covered only if more than 15% of the lens is affected;
    • If a product is replaced under warranty, the new one does not get a new warranty period.

4.3. Special terms:

    • Some control modules require software adaptation;
    • When bringing in a module or headlight, our technician’s report or notes are required.

5. WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY IF:

    • The product is damaged by the customer or others;
    • There are signs of tampering or incorrect installation;
    • Damage was caused by natural disasters, power surges, fire, etc.;
    • Foreign objects or liquids got inside;
    • Warranty/serial labels are removed or damaged;
    • The product was repaired or installed by an unauthorized service;
    • Non-original parts were used;
    • Purchase or warranty documents are missing;
    • The product was resold to someone else;
    • Rear lights with moisture issues are not covered under warranty.

6. PRACTICAL TIPS

6.1. Always check the product when you receive it. After that, complaints are not accepted (except for shipped items – inform us within 1–2 business days).
6.2. Test the product before installing it.
6.3. We recommend installation by a qualified professional.
6.4. Invoices are issued only on the same day of purchase.
