Delivery Terms

  1. When placing an order, the customer must provide the correct delivery address.
  2. The customer agrees to accept the ordered goods. If the address is incorrect, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
  3. Goods are delivered by the seller or an authorized representative.
  4. If the product is marked as “in stock”, this is for informational purposes and may change during order processing. It does not guarantee real-time availability.
  5. If the order includes several products and some are out of stock, the customer will be informed about the delivery time for missing items and possible delays.
  6. The delivery time is specified in the order and counted from the order date. If prepayment is chosen, delivery time starts from the payment receipt date.
  7. If products are in stock, the order is prepared within 1 business day.
  8. Xenonled.eu store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier or incorrect address provided by the customer.
  9. Upon delivery, the customer MUST check the condition of the package in the presence of the courier or postal worker.
  10. If the package is damaged or opened, a damage report must be written together with the courier or postal worker, and the store must be notified immediately by email: [email protected].
  11. Shipping cost is automatically calculated based on product weight and delivery location. The exact price is shown during checkout before final confirmation.
