Headlight Lens Replacement
We offer the largest selection of headlight lenses and their replacement services. Replacing the headlight lens is not regulated by the car manufacturer, so the entire process is developed and perfected by us over time. This work requires great precision and knowledge in the field of headlights. In our company, the headlight lens replacement work involves 39 steps, which include tasks like cleaning the internal decorative parts, checking for sealing before and after the work, surface polishing, and testing electronic components.
Higher Configuration or EU Headlight Installation
Upgrading your car involves more than just replacing the headlights; often, they need to be programmed, adapted to the car, reworked in the electrical system, and the electronic control units need to be changed. We can program both front and rear lights for cars from the USA, those installing Facelift lights, or upgrading to higher-specification lights. We have over 10 years of experience connecting matrix/multibeam/laser headlights, which are among the most complex to install. We perform these tasks for all major car models.
Rear LED Headlight Conversion to European Standards
We convert rear headlights from US to European standards (LED only). We resolder LED diodes, create fog lights, and separate the electronic and software blocks for headlight control. For UK headlights, we can reposition the fog light and reverse light according to Lithuanian standards. Often, such work requires reworking the car’s electrical system, a service we can also provide.
Conversion of UK Beam to European Standards (Mechanical and Software-Based)
We can convert your car’s front headlights from UK (British) to technically correct European-standard beams. This work is done for both xenon and LED headlights. In some rare cases, the beam can be adjusted by changing the position of the curtain (shutter). For certain models, the beam can even be adjusted without removing the headlights, i.e., through programming. For example, Opel Insignia, MB W222, Porsche Macan—these headlights have several configuration options. Replacement and Programming of Electronic Components (Modules)
For most new cars, electronic components (modules) require programming after replacement. We perform these tasks for major car brands: BMW, Audi, Volkswagen, Mercedes, Porsche. We also diagnose and identify issues with the latest and technologically advanced headlights, with headlight adjustment performed using a stand. We are the first in Lithuania to check headlights controlled by LIN/CAN for models like BMW, Audi, Jaguar, Maserati, Mercedes without the car. We offer headlight inspection before and after purchase, and can check functionality and sealing along with the control units in just 15 minutes.
Headlight Lacquering and Protective Film (PPF)
Stones, sand, snow, or even our weather conditions—all contribute to headlight wear and tear. We offer not only polishing but also lacquering services. Lacquering involves sanding down the protective layer, applying new lacquer, and protecting the headlight from external factors. If you’ve heard that polishing lasts for six months and then the headlight gets dirty again, lacquering provides a new and long-lasting solution. To enhance protection and save on repairs, we also offer protective film application services. Protective film shields the lens from stones, small cracks, and hides old scratches.
